About the event

What we will do? 1. Cuddle Cows

We will visit our beautiful family of rescued cows. They’re a bit non-traditional for American pets, but they are definitely furry, and super cute. They just love attention.

We will spend time petting, feeding, brushing, and hugging them, sometimes, cuddling with them. If you are lucky, then we will show you how to milk them too!

Pictures below!!

2. Meditate with Music and Mantra

The second part of the event will be music meditation. We will sit in a circle and absorb in the fresh air assisted by live meditative music. No prior experience is needed

Benefits

Favorite for emotional bonding.

Great For Groups and Team Building.

When you book a session with the cows it will be about getting close to the natural world, slowing down, taking time to breathe, and experiencing something new & exciting!

We’ll tell you about their personalities, their likes & dislikes, and funny things they like to do. Cows are sentient beings, they are individuals just like you, and it’s wonderful to get to know them. We will be there with you to create a safe environment for everyone involved.

"I bought this experience as a Christmas present for my boyfriend who's favorite animal is cows. he had never gotten the opportunity to be up close and personal with them before so I thought this would be fun for him. it was all that and more! it was so great to pet them and feed them. Sid was full of exciting knowledge and was a very warm and engaging host. he did his best to make sure everyone had a fulfilling experience. at the end of our time with the cows he gave us a gift of greens from the garden and some great books. he told us that they were our cows now too and we could visit them whenever. I loved the feeling of community given off by this farm. we also had the opportunity to tour their greenhouse. literally such a fulfilling experience that I would recommend to anyone." - Savannah, May 2022

"Wow! The Cow Cuddle was an interesting and informative experience. The cows were friendly, curious and calm! The barn area was the perfect size for them, with many areas they could live a happy life. All 7 cows were well looked after and even came when called. We enjoyed feeding, brushing and hugging the rescued cows. My granddaughter, age 9, daughter and myself loved every moment. We definitely would remember this experience! Our host was great with his animals..and us!" - Sherri, May 2022

Q: How to dress?

A: -Make sure you wear shoes with closed toes (no flipflops or slippers)

-Dress in clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty.

Q: What does the event consist of?

A: You will meet cows, bulls and oxens that have been rescued from various farms. You will hear their unique stories and personality traits. We will close with a guided music meditation. If you have purchased an add-on for dinner then you will recieve that too.

Q: Is there much walking?

A: Not at all. We will go to the cow -barn where we can call them from their pastures. Upon hearing their names, they usually come.

Q: Are the tours child-friendly, or do you have special kid tours?

A visit to the sanctuary is appropriate for children. They will meet all sorts of animals, and many enjoy being touched or scratched. The sanctuary is an environment of respect and compassion, and there are no graphic pictures.

Q: Can I feed the cows?

A: Yes, but we will give you the feed that's meant for them. You will cherish feeding them.

Q: Can I bring my dog?

A: Dogs are not allowed on sanctuary grounds for the safety and comfort of both our rescued animals and your dog.

Registered service animals are the only exception to this rule and are on a leash.

Q: Can I bring my own food?

A: No.
